Will I still be able to still receive emails from others sent to my old email address?

Yes.  Your old email address (eg. abc@my.scomioiltools.com) will become an alias to your new email address (@scomigroup.com).  Your entire mailbox in Google Mail will still be in tact with all your existing and previous emails.

Will there be a disruption to my email flow?

No.  There will be no email disruption to both mails sent out or delivered to you.

What will my email address be when I compose a new email after this switch? 

It will be "abc@scomigroup.com" instead of your old email address (eg. abc@my.scomioiltools.com)

What will be my username & password when I login at this new link (http://mail.scomigroup.com)? 

It will be the same as your previous password and username / email ID (without the "@my.scomioiltools.com")
